Lucid Breath - A Psychedelic Journey

Saturday 3rd of June 11.30-13.00

PLAYPEN -Healing Fields

You will be guided through a dynamic trance-breath session that initiates personal and collective processes of change and transformation. Through conscious and full breathing an expanded state of consciousness can be achieved. This way you may shift into an altered state of mind. This can be appealing if you feel stuck and unable to proceed with challenges in life or if you feel the urge to liberate yourself from whatever might be holding you back from living a fulfilling life. Often a feeling of a deeper understanding of yourself can happen through some form of catharsis.

The process itself uses very simple means: it combines accelerated breathing with evocative music in a special set and setting. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the space to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. The underlying tenet of our sessions is that each person has an inner radar that can determine the most important experience at a given moment, but that we cannot be aware of this experience until it happens.

No prior experience in breathwork is needed to attend, every person is and should feel welcome!

Your Facilitator

Stella is a prospective Gestalt-psychotherapist and social philosopher who is driven by the question who we would be as human beings if we could take off all the layers that cover us in modern western society. Throughout the journey of becoming a breath therapist at a Berlin-based institute she found out that breath can be a powerful tool to get closer to the answer.

Kilians career is centered around many different aspects of us humans. His curiosity for the human body made him become a medical doctor. His interest in personal development through creative methods led him into the field of theatre and dance education. He is now focussing on a deeper understanding of the human psyche by becoming a Gestalt-psychotherapist. The work with the breath as a transformational tool allows him to combine his skills and knowledge.
